Belle Williams (Queen Latifah) is beautiful, tough and sexy, not to mention renowned for weaving her taxi through New York's city streets at speeds upwards of 135 miles per hour! Detective Andy Washburn (Jimmy Fallon), young, handsome and eager, is one of New York's finest, but one of the Big Apple's worst drivers. Hot on the stilletto heels of four sexy Brazilian bank robbers, Washburn convinces Belle to team up with him to pursue the quartet of crooks. Together, the cool cabbie and the overconfident cop go on a death-defying game of cat and mouse with the beautiful bad girls. That is, if Belle and Washburn don't kill each other first!
