Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment South Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 77 002 412 679) ("Fox") are companies/is a company within the worldwide filmstudio, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation ("Twentieth Century Fox"),which carry on the business of distributing in your country movies and TV product via cinemas, and on video and DVD. The movies and TV product Fox distribute is produced primarily by TwentiethCentury Fox but also by other entities such as Pathe and MGM.  Twentieth Century Fox itself is ultimately owned by News Corporation and within that large group of companies are many wide-rangingbusinesses such as newspapers and TV stations. Fox set out in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use and share personally identifiable information ("PII" -- that is, information such as yourfull name, email address, mailing address or telephone number) we obtain from and about individuals through this website and from sms or other media.  By using this website you agree to the termsof this Privacy Policy.

From time to time Fox may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, technology or industry initiatives.  Therefore, youshould review it periodically so that you are up to date on our most current policies and practices.

COLLECTION:  COLLECTION OF PII BY FOX

General.  Fox collect PII only in order to create or enhance our relationship withyou.  When we collect PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to participate in activities like competitions, contests, games, surveys, forums,subscription registrations, content or suggestions you submit to us, chats or bulletin boards, or because you want us to furnish you with products, services or information.  On those occasionswhen we obtain PII from a third party, we use only reputable sources of such information.

Cookies.  Cookies are small bits of information that the Internet sites operated by Fox may place on the hard drive of your computer.  Cookies remember information about your activities on our site(s)and enable Fox to make your visits to our site(s) more enjoyable.  For example, cookies can store your password for easy logon to a site you have previously visited or can save your preferencesfor a personalized home page.  The cookie itself does not contain PII.

USE:  FOX'S USEOF PII

Fox will use your PII in a manner that is consistent with this Policy and only for the purpose for which it is submitted, unless other uses are disclosed at the time of collection and you allowus to use your information in these other ways.  Fox will use your PII to send you information on selected promotions and events. For example, we may send you email newsletters, productannouncements and website updates, information on local celebrity events or premieres, or invite you to screenings, or to enter into competitions or participate in research surveys, or if youhave entered a competition, to inform you about the prize(s) that you have won.    

We are part of the News Corporation group of companies and are owned by companies based in the United States.  In order to properly managethe information you give to us, we will be transferring your information for storage and processing purposes to servers located in the United States. We will, however, ensure that security ofyour PII is maintained in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Those entities which are part of News Corporation are affiliated with us and Fox may share your PII with these, including those outsideAustralia.  Fox may also share your PII with companies that are not affiliated with us, again including companies outside Australia. We will ask you if you would like to receive informationabout Fox's, and our affiliate companies, products and services. We will separately ask if you would like to receive it from carefully selected third parties.  Having decided to receive thisinformation you will always have the opportunity to instruct us in future if you no longer wish to receive it.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, if Fox obtain PII from a third party, such as a business partner, our use of this information is governedby this Policy.

Fox may be required to disclose PII to comply with legal requirements, such as a court order, and to protect the safety and security ofvisitors to our websites.

SECURITY:  FOX PROTECTS THE SECURITY OF PII

Fox use reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard PII in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification.  Inaddition, Fox use reasonable methods to make sure that PII is accurate, up-to-date and appropriately complete.
